Specialized videoconference equipment has been installed in CoViz2, specifically designed for distance-learning activities. Such activities provide an educative methodology that is complementary to commonly used course lectures, exercises and MOOCS.

Room access
- There is only one public entrance to the CoViz2 room, which can be reached from the north via either the SCITAS corridor or the ME D2 building atrium. Private access to the room is for locally-resident members only. Details can be obtained from the map (PDF).
- Security access to the CoViz2 room is by Camipro offline access control.
