ENS de Lyon

The courses of the Master’s program in Biology are taught in French and English.

Diplôme de l’ENS de Lyon

Validation of the Cambridge Advanced Exam (C1 level) is part of the criteria that EPFL students must meet in order to obtain the Diplôme de l’ENS de Lyon.

This program is a dual curriculum over a three-year period leading to a double Master’s degree:

  • Master’s degree in Life sciences engineering from EPFL (accredited by the Commission française des titres d’ingénieur)
  • Master’s degree in Sciences, Technologies, Santé, mention Biologie, parcours Biosciences from ENS de Lyon

EPFL students also obtain the Diplôme de l’ENS de Lyon if they meet its criteria:

  • Validation of the Cambridge Advanced Exam (C1 level)
  • Validation of 10 ECTS on top of the credits needed for the Master’s degree (choice from the full course offering and the crediting activities offered by ENS de Lyon)
