The CRI (IT Repair Center) from EPFL is closely linked to the VPO-SI-ITOP-SDESK. The team is composed of two technicians whose mission is to guarantee IT maintenance as a second level support. The CRI is only able to repair hardware that is both properly inventoried and EPFL ‘s property.
All repairs must go through a standard request:
- Every Thursday morning from 9AM to 11 AM
- Every Tuesday afternoon from 2PM to 4PM
