The CRI (IT Repair Center) from EPFL is closely linked to the VPO-SI-ITOP-SDESK. The team is composed of two technicians whose mission is to guarantee IT maintenance as a second level support. The CRI is only able to repair hardware that is both properly inventoried and EPFL ‘s property.
The CRI provides a repair service but does not provide equipment or spare parts.
