What are CRI’s conditions for repair?

Broken hardware is accepted for repair provided that they satisfy the following conditions:

  • The device is EPFL’s property (yellow inventory label required)
  • The device is under warranty or out of warranty. PLEASE note that the conditions are not the same for PC and Mac, please consult PC Repair Mac Repair
  • Purchase date is no older than 7 years
  • If the device is out of warranty, the repair is charged to the Unit concerned, (quote and internal invoice for parts only)
  • If the equipment is beyond 7 years the CRI is no longer concerned.
