You can use a USB memory device with a FAT32 (up to 32 GB) or exFAT (up to 2 TB) file system.

Printing from a USB key
When connected to the printer and after plugging your USB stick, you can print a PDF file on that stick. From the printer main menu, choose Access to saved files.

Scanning to a USB key
Rather than scanning a document and sending it by email, you can scan to a USB stick. From the printer main menu, choose Read and save). More informations about scan settings at the photocopies and scans page.
