Email address for an invited guest

Every EPFL employee or student can have an email address, typically

There are specific cases, for example for people with an “Invited guest” or “Outside EPFL” status. These persons are neither employees nor students yet they need a email address.
The following prerequisites are needed if you want to ask for an email address for these persons :

  • Have a Gaspar and an Active Directory account
  • The request for both the Gaspar account and the Active Directory account has to be made by the accreditor of the unit to which the applicant is connected. (link to the accreditation web site);

Only ONE personal email address per individual.
You cannot get a second personal account, even with a changed address. If necessary, you can request a service address.
