You can share information of your calendars with other people.
By default the availabilities of your primary calendar are visible by everybody (inside EPFL), so that your correspondents can see your free/busy time and organize an appointment with you.
There are five status types for meetings and appointments :
- Working Elsewhere
- Out of office
Appointments and meetings are by default defined with the status “Busy” in the calendar. Events lasting an entire day are defined by default with the status “free”.
