Where can I bring my broken hardware?

Before bringing equipment to be repaired to the service desk, please consult the Repair procedure page

You can bring your hardware to the Helpdesk which is located at MA A0 393

Service Desk opening hours:

From Monday to Friday: 8 am to 6 pm

The repair time can take from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the availability of parts from suppliers. Some repairs can be outsourced to one of our partners.
