Where can I bring my broken hardware?

You can bring your hardware to the Helpdesk which is located at MA A0 388

Service Desk opening hours:

From Monday to Friday: 8 am to 6 pm

Your hardware is usually fixed within 24 hours, given the availability of spare parts.

If your equipment is beyond typical repair, we will be relying on external resources. Hence, the repair delay will get extended from 3 days to 3 weeks.
