Mac Repair

The CRI repairs all Macs (under warranty or out of warranty) as long as it has been purchased by EPFL, is correctly inventoried and is less than 7 years old.

WARNING :

Before bringing the Mac, to be repaired, to the service desk, it is necessary to deactivate the activation lock of the Mac (Find My Mac) otherwise, we will not be able to place an order for parts if necessary. You will find the deactivation procedure in the following links:

The Computer Repair Center is approved by Apple as an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider), like any reseller except that there is no sale of machines or spare parts, does not repair machines that are private or not inventoried at EPFL.
