How to join a zoom meeting with the Join button
Step 1 :
When your Cisco room is added as a room resource, tap Join directly on the device to join your meeting.
This button appears 15 minutes before the start of your meeting.

Step 2 :
Proceed to steps 3 et 4 described in the following section.
How to join a zoom meeting by entering the meeting ID
Step 1 :
Tap the Join Zoom on the touch panel main screen.

Step 2 :
Enter only the 10-11 digit meeting ID and Press Next.

Step 3 :
If you are the host, you will be prompted for the Host Key. Your Host Key may be found on https://epfl.zoom.us/, then Profile (under the Host Key section).
The host key is optional, you can leave the field blank and press Dial.

Step 4 :
You will be prompted to enter the meeting’s numeric passcode (if available) followed by #.
You will be joined to your meeting or placed into a Waiting Room while the meeting waits for the host to join.

Note: During the Zoom meeting, if the audio is muted for all participants, the Cisco Mute / Unmute feature will have no effect. The host must first unmute the sound at their Zoom meeting.
How to share screen
Press Share to show a presentation to the meeting.
- Host security settings may prevent you from sharing.
- On your PC, launch «Cisco Proximity» and tap Wireless Screen Sharing on the touchscreen to share content wirelessly with others.
- Or connect a cable to your PC and tap PC on the touchscreen.

How to invite a room system to a meeting
- Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client.
- Start or join a meeting.
- Click Participants in the meeting controls.
- Click Invite at the bottom of the participants panel.
- Click the Room System tab.
- Click the Call Out tab.
- Select a device from the H.323/SIP Rooms Directory.
- Select the type of call you would wish to make – H.323 or SIP.
- Press Call.
- Click Show Keypad if you need to enter digits (e.g. meeting ID) during the call-out.
- Enter numbers using the pop-up keypad.

If you are the Host of the meeting via the room system: Press Keypad on the main page of the touch panel to complete the below functions.
If you are a Participant, a subset of the options below will be available to you.
Pressing *1 will allow you to choose the below options.
The options will appear on the monitor/projector (not the touch panel).

How to join Webex meeting
Step 1 :
Tap Join Webex on the main touchscreen screen.

Step 2 :
Enter only the meeting ID and Press Join.

Step 3 :
If you are the host, you will be prompted to enter the host key followed by #. If you want to join the meeting as a participant, just enter #.
How to place an audio/video call
Step 1 :
Press Call on the main screen of the touchscreen, and tap the keyboard button on the numeric keypad.

Step 2 :
To initiate an audio / video call, you must call each of the participants, one at a time. Make a call using a list (Favorites, Directory or Recent), a name, a number or a URI (ex: [email protected], [email protected]) .

Note: Audio / video calls are limited to 10 participants by entering their URIs.
