Work certificate

When an employee leaves or at their request, the unit draws up a work certificate. Each certificate is then reviewed by the HR team. The document is signed by the line manager and the Human Resources Manager.

A copy of the work certificate is saved in the employee’s personal file.

Your unit’s HR team will be happy to provide you with any advice you may need on drawing up an employment certificate, and to provide a model employment certificate for the person authorised to draw it up and/or sign it.
