Trek in the Alps

To be with flowers and rocks
to contemplate the beauty of the world
and to rest the mind …
but not the legs!

Do you want to reconnect to nature, to life within and around you, to meet great people and to contemplate the beauty of the world together – while sweating a bit and walking?
We will leave for 5 days and 4 nights, to hike and (re)discover the majesty of the Alps towards the great Matterhorn, but also to laugh and play, and also to meditate, do a little yoga, so that heart, body and mind can each find their own way…
Our itinerary will go up the Zermatt valley – and thus follow a part of the Europaweg – then behind the Fluehorn to return to the Matterhorn:
1st day: walk from Breitmatten and night at Europahütte
    2nd day: walk to Täschhütte
3rd day: walk to the alpine hotel Fluhalp
4th day: return to Zermatt with sleep in the youth hostel
Watch out: this walk is not for beginners.
Each day will take between 3 and 6 hours of walking; you must be in good physical shape and not be afraid of heights – we will cross the famous suspension bridge.
We will evolve between 1000 and 3000m of altitude, avoiding the passage on glaciers. We will leave without crampons and without harness. In all, there will be 4 453m of positive altitude difference, and 4119m of negative altitude difference.
