Consumer detox

From March 7 to April 11, 2024, we challenge ourselves together to consume less, differently, and observe our consumption too (in the areas of food, transport, digital, shopping and housing).
There are three two-hour group sessions (March 7, March 21 and April 11). The rest of the time is spent on your own, based on your own choices to consume differently over the period. Suggestions for alternative consumption during the detox period are set out in a brochure that helps you make your own choices at the start of the process.
The three group sessions leave plenty of time for sharing and discussing the experience. There will also be animations inspired by the story of the Exodus (the Hebrews’ escape from slavery). This story of the march to freedom is reread from an ecological perspective to encourage us in our exit from the society of over-consumption.The group meets three times at Amphipôle 249 at UNIL from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm:
March 7, March 21, and April 11. It is important to be present at all three meetings.

A detox info session takes place on March 4 between 6:15pm and 6:45pm at Amphipôle 249, Aumônerie UNIL. It is not compulsory for those who register. It will enable us to answer any questions you may have.

Please register here.

I look forward to sharing this adventure with you:)
