Guided Meditation

   Take a moment
         to stop running,
              to breathe…
  and just *be*

⇒   Meditation resumes!   ⇐

Come and sit down, away from what scatters and hustle you, and reconnect with yourself.

Come and take the time to close your eyes and appreciate the only moment we have the opportunity to live: the present one.

The guided meditation times are intended to be humanistic, that is, open to the entire university community, regardless of the spiritual tradition of the participant. During 10-15′, indications are given (in French and English) then during the remaining 15-20′, it is complete silence.

NB: It goes without saying that we must follow basic health precautions. For questions of traceability, rather than using an online form that may not necessarily correspond to the people who actually came, we will stick to the good old form to sign before leaving the premises after the meditation session.

Where? At the Geode, in CM 1545.

When? Every Wednesday at noon, from 12:15 to 12:45 – except during the summer, winter and Christmas holidays.

→ It is recommended to come 5′ before the start in order to settle down and be able to start on time. No registration needed.

Zoom: The meditation will also be given online that day. To follow it: (Meeting No. 989 1265 8288). Please note that the waiting room will be activated for this meeting, and it will not be possible to join the meditation when it started – be on time 😉
