Resilient Value Chain Management

Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS)

While modern industry is still adapting to the emergence of Industry 4.0, a new opportunity space is starting to surface. The ability to balance sustainability, people and resilient value chains is quickly becoming the defining differentiator for Operations professionals the world over. We call this Industry 5.0And we want you to shape it.

Profound change currents are reshaping supply chains on a global scale. Those who wish to stay ahead of this change need to move from supply chain management to value chain management thinking. Move beyond simply managing operations to realizing growth, innovation and sustainability goals towards Industry 5.0.

Our Executive Certificate is for those who want to drive change responsibly within the value chain. It provides a top down view on how all of the nodes along the value chain fit together. It focuses on the various stakeholder interests and tradeoffs to be made, the relevant key performance indicators and on how to build resilience and agility. Understanding the end to end process, the people and what data is the valuable data, is the necessary step before any digital transformation. This course enhances collaboration as experts from roles across the value chain learn a common language. It also explores strategies for smart green logistics for carbon emissions equivalent reduction and customer satisfaction.

Aurélien Blanc

“I would recommend this program because it has been really helpful to better understand the whole value chain end-to-end. Each module has been very interesting and provided a short but deep understanding of each component. The Serious Business Simulation Game (practical case study work) is helping to apply the different concepts to better understand how to use them in real life.”

Aurélien Blanc, Regional Demand Planner at Givaudan (2022 Graduate)

Fabio Sant

“The CAS in Resilient Value Chain Management has been one of the best courses I’ve done during my professional life. Very nice to be “back to school”! Despite the years of experience in supply chain, there is always something new to discover and learn. This really was the best platform: Fantastic experienced professors, professional guests & professional team mates from different functional areas bringing diverse and new perspectives to your point of view. Tailor-made around resilience, sustainability, logistics and financial impact, all directly applicable to your professional life with a nice simulation tool (practical case study work).”
