During your trip

If you run into a problem while you’re away – such as an illness, a severe storm or a last-minute change of plans – this page tells you who you can contact for help.

Do you have a toothache and need to talk to a dentist who speaks your language? Did you hear that protest marches will be taking place in the city you’re visiting, and do you want to know how to stay safe? Did your passport or other important document get lost or stolen?

Who to call with a question?
