Application procedure and deadlines

Kindly complete and validate the online application form.

As soon as you validate the application form, the exchange coordinator you have mentioned in your online application form will receive an automatic email asking him/her to confirm the details of your online application.
After your exchange coordinator has validated your online form, we will handle your application.

If your application is accepted, your acceptance letter will be sent to your email address  mentioned in the application form.
The letter is sent in May for the autumn semester and in November for the spring semester.

An email with your EPFL electronic access will be sent to the email address mentioned in your application before the beginning of the semester.

If you are coming from a European partner university and have been nominated by your home university in the frame of our Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) agreement you do not need to apply for the SEMP scholarship. We will inform students who are eligible for this grant in their acceptance letter.
