Create/remove a document

1. Import a new publication

Before importing a new publication, please make sure it hasn’t already been uploaded to Infoscience under a different title in order to avoid duplicates (verify by searching for the main author’s name and one or two of the title’s keywords)

Please note: The publication is visible upon validation by the library, which usually happens within 24h, but no more than 36h after submission)

Please bear in mind:

  •  Include the authors affiliated with EPFL by selecting their name and email address from the dropdown list. In this way, an author’s SCIPER number will be added automatically
    • If your name doesn’t appear correctly in the dropdown list, please notify [email protected]
    • If you wish for your name to be presented differently in Infoscience, please send a modification request to the EPFL “people” directory and inform the Infoscience service about the change ([email protected])
  • Include all corresponding EPFL laboratories (not only your own) when you import a new publication involving other EPFL authors.

2. Deposit a file / Import a document

Before importing a new publication, please make sure it hasn’t already been uploaded to Infoscience under a different title in order to avoid duplicates (verify by searching for the main author’s name and one or two of the title’s keywords)
