Training and Dialogue

Within the framework of the Task Force Harassment A-Z & Promotion of a Culture of Respect, the issues of prevention and support have been central. It has led to several measures to train members of the EPFL community to react to problematic situations, and also to allow for an open exchange on the topic of discrimination.

This training lasts about 45 minutes and is intended for the entire EPFL community. It also includes podcasts that can be listened to independently.

Twice a month, a dialogue space led by psychologists is offered to all EPFL members to discuss aspects also addressed in the e-learning “You are not alone”.
