Where to get help

We offer different support spaces with specific contacts for EPFL students, PhD students and employees. For more information about how to submit a situation directly for assessment for a formal complaint, go to “Report a case.”

Several instances are available to members of the EPFL community and adopt a common approach to problems related to mobbing and sexual harassment. They provide targeted support at all times, as needed.

The person of trusted and mediation service is part of EPFL’s desire to protect the health of its community members, be they staff members, students or PhD students.

The Support Group for students and doctoral students is facilitated by external psychologists to share difficult situations related to harassment or other forms of discrimination.

Safe Space is made up of queer people and allies to support members of the LGBTIQ+ community at EPFL. It is a space for dialogue where people can share their experiences, connect with others and create positive change.

Conciliation Commission

The Conciliation Commission according to the Gender Equality Act for the ETH Domain provides information and advice in the event of disputes in the area of the Gender Equality Act that involve employment relationships in the ETH Domain.
