Discovery Camp

The Discovery Camp is a series of 4 workshops to enable students to discover how sustainable innovation is conducted for different types of actors, specifically for an NGO, the public sector, a startup, or a large company.

During practical sessions, students will meet representatives from each track and work on real-life cases and gain insights on innovation methodologies applied to sustainability challenges. Through additional skills training and networking opportunities, students are encouraged to explore opportunities for the future.

What to expect

  • Grasp how sustainable innovation takes place across the different actors (NGO, Corporates, Startups, public sector) in the ecosystem, understanding their role, activities and mindset
  • Get insights on how innovation methodologies are used to tackle sustainability challenges
  • Work on real-life sustainability challenges faced by different actors and hear first-hand from people working for each organisation
  • Meet and collaborate with EPFL students from other fields

A certificate of participation will be awarded at the end of the program
