Scratch servers

We currently have 3 old servers that were restored as scratch servers. They have a combined capacity of 57 TB: 33 TB on Linux and the rest on Windows.

Their purpose is to offer a large amount of capacity for a defined period (ideal for computed data). They have disk redundancy but have no backup.

For instance, if you have an experience going that generates hundreds of gigabytes, you can ask for a couple of terabytes storage during the experience.

If you are interested in this service, please email Aubry and tell him the capacity you need, who will access the share, what OS you are using to access the data and how long you will need it.

NB: as the servers have no backup and are a little bit old, please only put “disposable” data to avoid loss of important data.
