How to access
From homepage « Absences and presences », there is two ways to announce your absences :
- By clicking the date of your absence on the calendar
- By clicking on the button

In both cases, the following dialog box appears, enable you to :
- Announce an absence in days
- Announce an absence in hours
- Announce a repeated absence
How to announce an absence in days ?

If the absence takes at least all morning or all afternoon, you should fill the fields below
- Absence dates : select dates then select the time range (early morning to end of afternoon)
- Reason : provide the reason of your absence (full list here)
- Details : to fill if necessary
How to announce an absence in hours ?

When the absence take number of hours less than 04:06 (for example : medical appointment), you should fill the fields below
- Absence dates : select the start date, the time range of beginning, the end date then the time range of finishing
- Reason : provide the reason of your absence (full list here)
- Details : to fill if necessary
How to delete / modify an absence ?
If you want to delete or modify an absence, please proceed as indicated :
1. Click on the registered absence on your calendar

2. A new window will open

3. Select on of the three options : consult
/ modify
/ delete 
4. If you modify your absence, register the new absence period. Your balances will automatically be adapted. NB : if your absences have to be validate, a new validation request will be sent to your absences validator.
5. If you have deleted your absence, the days will be added to your holiday/hours balance.
How to announce recurring absences ?

When the absence is repeated for a certain period of time (for example : a recurring medical appointment), you should fill the fields below
- Absence dates : select dates then select the time range (early morning to end of afternoon)
- Absence type : in hours or in days
- Reason : provide the reason of your absence
- Details : to fill if necessary
How to set up extra options ?

The submenu
enable you to set up a few extra options
- Notifications : select the people you want to be notified of your absence
- Exchange synchronization : if checked, your absence will also be displayed in your outlook calendar
- Reachable : check your disponibilities
- Substitutes : add emails of your potential substitutes
- Ouf of office message : set an automatic response
