In our facility, we have robotics platforms with different levels of integration that are used for screening and compounds management in 96- and 384- wells format. Our integrated systems are protected by enclosures equipped with HEPA filters.

The Beckman Coulter Echo 655 is a non contact acoustic dispenser delivering fluids in the nanoliter range for:
- Preparing “Ready to screen” assay plates
- Generating compound dilution series (dose response)
- Selecting compound (cherry picking)
The acoustic dispenser is linked to :
- Stackers and racks
- Peeler and sealer
- Microplate centrifuge
The Gyger CERTUS FLEX is a modular dispenser with 8 individually controllable channels, which can be equipped with different valves to facilitate ideal dispensing of substances with different physical properties.
Multimode Microplate Readers
There is a Tecan Spark multimode microplate reader. This reader combines filter-based optical systems with monochromator optics, which allows you to do absorbance, luminescence, fluorescence, fluorescence polarization and HTRF measurements. You can download the list of the available filters here.
There is a Tecan Infinite F500 reader. This is a filter-based multimode microplate reader, which allows you to do absorbance, luminescence, fluorescence (top and bottom) and HTRF measurements. You can download the list of the available filters here.
There is also a BioTek Synergy NEO HTS multimode microplate reader. This reader combines filter-based optical systems with quadruple monochromator optics. The BioTek Synergy NEO HTS reader is dedicated to screening campaigns but can be used in open access for specific applications like fluorescence polarization (fluorescein and rhodamine), BRET2 & NanoBRET™.
Microscopes
The Molecular Devices ImageXpress Confocal HT.ai is a high-content imaging system from Molecular Devices.
It is equipped with 8 imaging channels (including Cy7), air objectives (4X/0.20 Plan Apo WD 15.7 mm, 10X/0.45 Plan Apo WD 4 mm, 20X/0.75 Plan Apo WD 1 mm) or fully-automated water-immersion objectives (40X/1.15 Water Imm Plan Apo WD 0.59 mm, 60X/1.20 Water Imm Plan Apo WD 0.28 mm) for fast multiwell imaging in widefield or with spinning disk confocal technology (3 different spinning disk confocal geometries). It includes full environment control and automated robotic plate loading. It comes with MetaXpress and IN Carta image analysis software suite.
There are two GE Healthcare IN Cell Analyzer 2200 automated microscopes with integrated robotic station.
