Pipette calibration

Attractive conditions have been negotiated with Socorex for the calibration of pipettes of any brand.

All calibrations must be ordered through the Sciquest/Jaggaer module in Catalyse. The table here below lists all article numbers to indicate in the order, according to the pipette brand and the required service. Important: Users must indicate all pipette serial numbers in the « Supplier comment » field in Ivalua.

Once the requisition is entered in Catalyse, pipettes may be brought to the SV Store for forwarding to the service provider.

Each pipette shipment for cleaning and calibration will be documented and listed in order to guarantee traceability of services and status of sent pipettes.

IMPORTANT: Users have to thoroughly clean their pipettes before bringing them to the SV Store. P2 and P3 pipettes have to be completely decontaminated. In case of doubt, please contact the supplier to find out the adequate decontamination procedures for the material composing the instruments.
