Missions
- Manage space and equipment for low temperature storage;
- Provide access for liquid nitrogen withdrawal;
- Provide a 24-hour emergency technical standby service.
Activities
The SV Workshop is in charge of maintaining and managing inventory of the cryogenic equipment, as well as allocating storage space to the FSV units and laboratories.
The standby service is also responsible of supervising all common cryo-storage areas.
Advice on the purchase of freezing equipment may also be provided by our technical officer.
