By 2020, the HES-SO Valais Wallis School of Engineering will join the rue d’Industrie in the extension of the EPFL Valais Wallis building. An investment of 179 million francs will allow the establishment of three degree programs and engineering research institutes.

ALPOLE- Centre of research on alpine and extreme environments – Developed with the support of the Canton of Valais, ALPOLE is the second stage of the EPFL Valais Wallis Campus.

A chair in the Faculty of Life Sciences, attached to the Center for Neuroprosthetics is installed within the Clinique romande de réadaption (CRR). The premises located in the new building of the CRR also house the laboratory of Professor Courtine (relearn to walking via robot assistance).

The world changes, our mobility too. The Mobility Lab Sion-Valais’s main objective is to imagine, develop and test innovative mobility solutions. It brings together five partners from the academic, economic and political worlds.
