No show penalties

CMI’s responsibility is to make every effort to limit lost timeslots on equipment in high demand, for the good of all.

  • Principle
    • Penalty is applied, if a slot is booked, but nobody uses it.

  • Cancelation fees
    • No penalty is applied if a reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the beginning of the booked slot.

    • No penalty is applied if a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the beginning of the booked slot, but someone else re-books the slot.

    • No penalty is applied if a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the beginning of the booked slot, but someone else uses the slot without booking.

    • Penalty is applied if a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the beginning of the slot, if nobody uses the slot.

  • Cancelation rules
    • No discount versus cancelation time less than 24 hours.

    • The sooner you cancel your reservation slot, the better, as somebody can book it and use it.
  • Move
    • You can move a reservation slot without fees, if a slot is available before.
    • The system will proposed you a list of target slots for moving.
      The list is restricted to :
      • the period prior the date of your actual reservation slot.
      • available slots (not booked, during working hours).
      • compatible slots (same machine configuration).
      • slots never canceled by you in the last 24 hours.
    • Your responsibility is transferred from the initial slot to the new slot, with standard rules applied to the new slot.
