To enable the efficient use of computational and visualization resources, it is essential that competent technical support be provided to the ACCES user community. This is to be achieved both by dedicated support staff within the ACCES Coordination Center and by coordinating the knowledge base existing within the ACCES Member Laboratories.
Technical support in the following areas may be provided directly by ACCES:
- application software support (e.g. availability and use of specialized simulation and visualization software),
- use of the Collaborative Visualization Facility.
A Facility mode is also envisioned, where ACCES Member Laboratories would provide service / collaborative simulations in their respective domains of expertise. Indicating your potential needs in the online Questionnaire will help us assess the global interest and needs of the EPFL community.
Please contact [email protected] to discuss how ACCES can assist your Computational Engineering activities.
The services provided by ACCES are complementary to support activities currently provided at other levels (e.g. by SCITAS, MATHICSE, CADMOS, CSCS-Lugano).
