Assignment of accessories
The UC team provides the following softphone accessories when activating a softphone:
- Logitech USB Headset Stereo H650e : Wired headset (buttons to pick up / hang up)
- Logitech B525 HD Webcam : Webcam USB, HD (1280 x 720 pixels) only if the computer is not already equippedIf you want models other than those proposed, please contact the responsible of your unit.

Return of accessories
The accessories must be returned to the secretariat of your unit or the Service Desk of the VPSI when you leave.
Bluetooth and Network Interference
Bluetooth headsets uses the same 2.4 GHz frequency as 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n wireless networks as well as other devices such as microwave ovens and cordless phones. Interference from such devices is likely to impact Bluetooth transmissions and Bluetooth headsets may interfere with wireless connections to the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. This issue is not specific to Cisco Jabber for iPhone and iPad but can result in dropped or interrupted calls and voice quality issues.
