Get access as a visitor

 
WARNING:  By following those instructions, you accept the
 

To get access to myPrint, you have 2 possibilities
– Borrow a card from the RLC Library
– create a visitor account; subsequently, you will be able to recharge the account and / or associate an RFID card
 

Borrow a card
 
>> go to the Library of the Rolex Learning Center (RLC) and ask for a GuestCard (BibGuest)
 

With this card, you will then be able to connect to the printers by using the ‘login’ button located on the printers, by filling in the identifier that has been sent to you.

You will be able to scan your documents for free to a USB key: see the scan procedure

Copies and prints are billed at the “visitor rate”

Creation of a visitor account

Then…

  • Wait until 10 min (the procedure is slow…)
  • See the mail returned at the indicated address: it contains a username and a password.

With this account, you will be able to connect youself to the printers, using the ‘connect’ button on the printer interface. 

You will then be able to scan freely : see the scan procedure

If you have une RFID card, you can associate your myPrint account to this card and be easier printer connection
 
  • Swap your card on the badge reader
  • Click on ‘login’, and fill with your identity (username and password)

 

You will be now ready to use connect to printers
