Research at DISAL extensivly relies on embodied agent simulation. For that, a cluster of 8 dual Pentium IV SUN workstations is used. There, collaborators have access to all programs provided by ASIS and the embodied simulator Webots, which is commercially available from Cyberbotics S.A., an EPFL spin-off. Authentification is provided by the EPFL LDAP system, thus users can log into the cluster using their EPFL-wide cipher number.
