Sport and Health Sessions

The UNIL-EPFL Sport and Health Center runs free (30-minute) mindfulness, outdoor training and physiotherapy sessions, both on campus and online.

Mindfulness

EPFL provides to its community mindfulness sessions free of charge with the purpose to strengthen their inner balance and well-being. This mental training produces a large variety of benefits.

Guided Meditation

The spiritual care service holds guided mediation sessions every Wednesday. The sessions are open to all members of Lausanne’s university community, of all faiths (or none).

Stress Management

How do you identify and manage stress? What mechanisms are involved? EPFL offers a variety of resources and methods to help you prevent stress from affecting your mental and physical health.

Peer2Peer Counselling Center

PhDs or postdocs who need support, advice or simply to discuss around professional and/or private issues can contact the volunteers team of the Peer2Peer Counselling Center. The three pillars of the center are: confidentiality, personal well-being and de-escalation.
