The real estate assets and infrastructures are under the responsibility of the Real Estate and Infrastructures Domain (DII). It ensures that it maintains use value through construction projects and maintenance work to meet the specific needs of EPFL community members. The DII is also responsible for all caretaking and operational services.

Services offered by the DII

Facilities request

To meet your needs for office furnishings or moves, adaptations of installations and infrastructure modifications, a facilities request can be made using the online form.

PCC repair services

For all kinds of technical problems (power failure, damaged door/window, blocked drain, heating, water leak, etc.), call PCC at number 34000, 24/7.

Caretakers

For your requests regarding cleaning services, waste management and keys.

Office furnishing / move

To prepare a facilities request in view of an office furnishing or move: furniture catalogues, practical information and regulations.

Mail

Schedules and information regarding sending and receiving internal and external mail, and contacts for express postage.

Economat

To order your office supplies and consumables using the SESAME portal.

Car parks

Information on parking policy on the EPFL campus.

Audiovisual service

EPFL’s audiovisual service (SAVE) offers the following services: audiovisual troubleshooting, lending of equipment, videoconferencing, etc.

Print Center

The Print Centre team supports you in your projects, whether they are simple or complex. Our skills in graphic design, printing and binding are at your service.

Energy Exploitation

Energy issues are managed by the DII Operations unit. This unit plans, operates and maintains the technical installations of all EPFL buildings.

Camipro

The Camipro card is your gateway to the EPFL Campus. It is an electronic smart card that gives you access to various functions, benefits and services. It acts as an electronic wallet and allows you to pay without cash in the various shops on the Campus.
