Remote assistance with TeamViewer

The STI-IT team offers a remote maintenance service, in which a technician will temporarily assume control of your screen and keyboard. To make use of it:

  1. Download and execute the client software:
  2. Open the help window and type in
    • Your first and last name and phone number, so that we might reach you,
    • A short description of the issue you are facing.
  3. An IT team member will then contact you shortly.
