Request for installation of software for courses for 2024 spring semester
This document details the process for requesting installation of software for courses for the 2024 spring semester concerning the following classrooms as well as the virtual infrastructure – VDI :
- Physical IT classrooms : CO4 – CO5 – CO6 – CM103
- Virtual desktops equipped classrooms and the virtual desktop infrastructure : CO260 – CM110 – MXF014
Procedure:
- Send an email at [email protected] explaining your needs, the course number, the software , version etc.. between the 4th of December 2023 and the 15th of January 2024.
- The administrator will get in touch with you between the 16th and the 31st of January 2024 and will proceed with the installation.
- The validation and testing of the installation needs to be done by the teacher and/or her/his assistant/s between the 1st of February and the 15th of February 2024.
