Professor Khalid Alshibli stopped by at the Laboratory of Soil Mechanics on the 27th of May 2013 in order to give an interesting presentation about “Micro-Characterization of Sand Behavior Using Synchrotron Computed Tomography and 3D X-ray Diffraction”. Professor Khalid Alshibli is currently serving as a faculty member at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Tennessee-Knoxville (UTK).
