Teaching

We offer courses and student projects in the broader area of geometric computing and computer graphics.

Courses

Our courses emphasize learning through hands-on experience. The material discussed in class is applied in programming exercises and class projects that are designed to stimulate active learning and creative exploration.

This course focuses mainly on mathematical foundations, graphical concepts, and basic algorithms for rendering and geometric modeling.

This course is concerned with mathematical concepts and efficient numerical methods for optimizing geometric models with an emphasis towards computational design for digital fabrication.

This course is a project-based course where teams of students approach a specific challenge in geometric computing and digital fabrication.

Student Projects

We offer semester projects at the bachelor and master level as well as master thesis projects. Projects provide an opportunity to explore a specific topic in geometric computing in-depth and directly participate in our research activities. If you are interested in any of the topics below, please contact the supervisor listed in the project description document.
