You can image fast in 3D your living samples while illuminating very gently the sample. Note that there are restrictions regarding the carriers that can be used with this machine. Please contact the BIOP staff before preparing your samples.
WARNING: very few holders are compatible with the limited z-range of the stage.
Known compatible holders: Fluorodish FD-35, Ibidi microslides with glass bottom (8 wells)
