November 26: Bastian Muriel has been awarded the top 8% PhD thesis distinction for EDCH in 2021. Congratulations!

October 21: The review of Emmanuelle and Elija onthe use of hypervalent iodine reagents for the modification of peptides and proteins is now accepted in Angewandte Chemie (DOI: 10.1002/anie.202112287 ).

October 21: Our Full LCSO Brain Storming Session has taken place again after cancellation last year due to COVID.

October 14: The Organic chemistry seminars start again after a long COVID interruption.

October 6: Mael Djaid from EPFL and Jonas Dechent from LMU joined LCSO for their master internship and thesis respectively. Welcome!

September 24: Guillaume Pisella successfully defended his PhD thesis. He is the seventeenth PhD student to obtain their degree at LCSO. Congratulations!

September 10: The most successful SCS fall meeting ever for LCSO: Stephanie wins the award for the best oral presentation and Nina the runner-up poster prize!

September 5: Six LCSO members participated to the Swiss Summer School in catalysis and sustainable chemistry chaired by Jerome and Bill Morandi with the support of the SCS and NCCR catalysis .

August 17: Alumni news: Dr. Luca Buzzetti former postdoc at LCSO has started to work as a R&D Lead Chemist at F.I.S. (Fabbrica Italiana Syntetici S.p.A). Congratulations!
