Bachelor

The first year focuses on basic scientific training in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and computer science.

The bachelor cycle offers fundamental and specific courses in :

 

Fundamental scientific disciplines which enclosed environmental chemistry, microbiology, ecology, sol sciences, hydrology, environmental systems analysis, as well as physic and chemistry of the atmosphere.

Technological disciplines of engineering which enclosed computational tools, geographic information systems, signal processing, remote sensing, water and waste treatment, as well as hydraulic structures and schemes.

These Bachelor’s courses include basic sciences, law, the SHS program and ENAC’s Design together.

In the final year, a number of options are offered with a view to the specializations of the Master’s degree.

The Bachelor’s degree is an intermediate diploma. It is the passport to begin the Master’s program, at EPFL or at another university in the world.
