The Swiss Confederation has announced the 2022-2023 call for its Government Excellence Scholarships to promote international exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and over 180 other countries. These Excellence Research Scholarships are aimed at young post-graduate researchers in any discipline (who hold a master’s degree as a minimum) who are planning to come to Switzerland to pursue research or further studies at doctoral or post-doctoral level. Only candidates nominated by an academic mentor at one of the approved higher education institutions in Switzerland will be considered. If you are interested in applying to one of these Scholarships with ALICE to come and do research with us, please confirm you comply with all pre-requisites of the call. Don’t forget to check as well the specific information from your country to see deadlines, availability, etc. If there is a call available to your country of origin, write to our Head of Research, Lucía Jalón with a brief abstract of your proposal. This collaboration draft should relate and offer new perspectives to one or more of our main topics of research and pedagogical work that you can see in our website.
