Matriculation takes place at EPFL on dedicated days shortly before the beginning of the semester.
Place: CM building, room CM 1 105, level 1 (entrance through doorway CM 1 94.5, level 1)
Dates: Tuesday the 1st, Wednesday the 2nd and Thursday the 3rd of September, 2026
Schedule: between 9 AM and 12 PM, based on your registration

Document to bring with you:
- identification (ID card or passport)
Document to be submitted in advance (according to the guidelines below, to be read carefully) :
- screen capture of the final results (or diploma transcripts if available)
To be allowed to matriculate, holders of international baccalaureates (IB) must have previously uploaded a screen capture of their final results (as visible in the online portal of IBO.org) or their final diploma transcripts (if they have already received them) in the online application form, no later than July the 10th, and authorized the IB to communicate their results to EPFL.
No matriculation can take place without these documents!
