Topics covered

The classes will cover the following topics, divided into three levels:

  • Introductory: Brakes and speed adjustment, repairing and changing a tube
  • Intermediate: Wheel and steering bearings, changing a spoke and truing a wheel
  • Advanced: Hydraulic brakes and gear shifters
  • Chosen Mixity: The covered topics will vary between Introductory and Intermediate based on the participant’s wishes.

These programs are indicative, and free to evolve depending on the interests and skills of the subgroups.

These are generally co-ed classes, but we are also running some classes taught by women for women. These classes are intended to encourage sharing and to help women help each other. The goal is to create a friendly atmosphere and to give all the participants the opportunity to speak freely.

These classes cover the introductory level. But as with the regular classes, the content will be adjusted according to the questions and feedback received from participants.
