The function given during an accreditation may be modified by the accreditor when creating the accreditation or by editing it later. You will then have to start by looking for the person’s accreditation, then click on the edit accreditation button.
Then locate in the accreditation editing form, the part concerning the functions, a search engine allows you to navigate the list
Once you have entered the new function, go to the bottom of the accreditation editing form and save your change.
If the function you wish to indicate does not exist, you can make a request to Legal Affairs by opening a ticket at [email protected] and specifying that this is a new function to be added to Accred.
SAP functions
When a new automatic accreditation is created for staff coming from SAP, Accred searches for a matching function, and the function will be assigned automatically only in this specific case.
In all other cases—unknown SAP function, update of the SAP function following a contract change, etc.—the function is not automatically reflected in Accred, and the update must be performed manually in Accred. This situation is not ideal and should be addressed in a future improvement of Accred.
