Peer2Peer Counselling center is open!

Dear EPFL community,

We’ve got you covered!

Based on the March Well-Being and Conflict Resolution survey you participated in, we noticed that a major way for us to help out the EPFL community is by having a group of trained peers to confide in whenever someone has a problem or conflict. Thus, we are happy to announce the official opening of our Peer2Peer Counselling Center. It is a group of trained peers (postdocs and PhDs) who are ready to help you out in whichever way possible.

Our team of postdocs and PhDs is looking forward to having you contact us on

We encourage you to contact us if you would like to discuss any possibility for improving your situation within your research or as an EPFL employee.
The main pillars of our Peer2Peer Counselling Center are:
  • Confidentiality: we will NEVER jeopardize your identity or any case-related information unless we have your consent in doing so.
  • Personal Well-Being: we will help you assess and find tools to optimise your mental and physical health based on your day-to-day life conditions.
  • De-Escalation: we will offer you different ways to achieve conflict resolution in the least damaging way.
