Changing your foreign driving licence – Vaud
You will need:
- Application form, which you can download here:
Driving licence application form
The application form must be signed and stamped by the Contrôle des habitants and by an optician.
- Passport photo (35×45 mm)
- Passport (or ID card for those in the EU)
- Original driving licence
- Translation of driving licence if not in latin script (e.g. Chinese, Arabic, etc.)
