The event is exclusively for second-year Bachelor’s students with a minimum average grade of 4.5 at the propedeutique. Eligible students will receive an invitation.

Program of the 2026 edition, Rolex Forum
Do I participate on October 7 or 8?
The event is reserved for second year Bachelor’s students and takes place in two identical sessions at the Forum Rolex. According to your section you will be attributed the 7 October or 8 Octobre evening schedule. It is not possible to change slots. Snacks will be provided at both sessions.
To participate you will need to register via the link in the email you will receive end of September.

General presentation of the exchange opportunities
The Education Outreach Department will open the general presentation underlining the benefits of study abroad opportunities for academic, personal and professional development. The Student Exchange Office will provide an overview of topics related to student exchanges (conditions, deadlines, language tests, modalities etc.) and answer questions from the audience.
Snacks
During the second part of the Study Abroad Fair, refreshments will be provided. You will also have the opportunity to stop by the Mobility Office booth to ask any additional questions you may have.
