Use of SEAM

SEAM is the tool of choice to describe the ecosystem describing the interaction between the public administrations and the commercial actors in the touristic sector. SEAM was used to formulate the business and the IT strategy for all actors (more than 3000). 

This model is the synthesis of 3 workshops to high light all stakeholders involved in the Business with Sitra. It is based on formal SEAM models done during the workshop.
