Use of SEAM :
Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) is a collaborative, patients’ needs-driven, non-profit drug research and development (R&D) organization that is developing new treatments for Neglected Diseases. We used SEAM method to define the scope of our SRM (Stakeholder Relationship Management) project, qualify main features to deliver and benefits of use. It helped to better understand project stakeholder expectations.
